S.H.E.W. Spiritual Health Empowerment and Wellness
S.H.E.W. addresses challenges facing individuals and families in need by partnering with C.S.R.A. resources Mindfulness Inc, Area for Aging, AARP, The Kroc Center and Interfaith, and other local organizations and agencies. Pay it Forward
S.H.E.W. Resource Center will equip individuals with the necessary tools to get them through their crises by offering intensive case management, veteran local resources, grief counseling, and mindfulness techniques to relieve stress.

THE SITE WILL ACCEPT DROP-OFFS IN ADVANCE. AT THE TIME OF DROP-OFFS AND WALK-INS, ALL CLIENTS WILL COMPLETELY FILL OUT THE INTAKE FORM AND FURNISH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO PREPARE THE RETURN.
1.) SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS - FOR ALL IN FAMILY
2.) PICTURE ID TAXPAYER AND SPOUSE
3.) LETTER WITH ID PIN FROM IRS
4.) BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR CHILDREN
5.) TAX FORMS (W2, 1099, 1098, DAYCARE, BUSINESS EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER TAX FORMS)
TIME WILL BE SET FOR DROP-OFF CLIENTS TO COME ON SATURDAY TO REVIEW AND SIGN FORMS AND RECEIVE TAX PACKETS. CLIENTS MUST HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS AT DROP-OFF
